Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, while international shipping is available to select countries and may take 7–21 business days depending on location. Please note that delays caused by carriers, such as holidays, customs, or weather, are outside our control, but we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.
As every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including wrong color selections or a change of mind. However, we will replace items at no cost if your product arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong item or size is sent. To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem and make it right.
