Washing Instructions

• Turn Inside Out: Always turn the hoodie inside out before washing to protect the custom print from friction with other garments and the washing machine drum.
• Cold Water Only: Machine wash in cold water (maximum 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle. Hot water can damage the print and cause shrinkage in the cotton/polyester blend.
• Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colors and fabric weights to prevent pilling and color bleeding.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as these can break down the ink or vinyl of the print.

Drying & Finishing

• Air Dry Recommended: Air drying is the safest method to maintain both print quality and garment shape. Hang or lay flat to dry.
• Tumble Dry (Low Heat Only): If using a dryer, select tumble dry low or air fluff for a short time to remove wrinkles. Remove while slightly damp. Avoid high heat.
• Ironing: If needed, iron inside out on the lowest heat setting. Never iron directly over the printed design.

Pro Tips for Longevity

• Wash Before First Wear: Some garments may have a pre-treatment solution from printing. Washing once before wearing—alone or with like colors—can help prevent treatment marks.
• Wash Only When Needed: Hoodies don’t require washing after every wear. Washing every 5–6 wears, or when soiled, helps extend the garment’s lifespan.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with each item printed to order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, while international shipping is available to select countries and may take 7–21 business days depending on location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note that delays caused by carriers, such as holidays, customs, or weather, are outside our control, but we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.

Returns:  

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Because items are made to order, non-defective items  are eligible for exchange and store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges:

Because every piece is made to order, we process quality-related exchanges via a Return & Repurchase model. Simply return your defective item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your new item is reserved and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
