Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, while international shipping is available to select countries and may take 7–21 business days depending on location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note that delays caused by carriers, such as holidays, customs, or weather, are outside our control, but we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Because items are made to order, non-defective items are eligible for exchange and store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges:
Because every piece is made to order, we process quality-related exchanges via a Return & Repurchase model. Simply return your defective item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your new item is reserved and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
