For environmental and human friendly reason, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

• Preparation: Close all snap buttons and zippers before washing. For best results, turn the jacket inside out to protect the outer coating and prevent it from sticking to the machine or dryer walls.
• Machine Wash Cold: Use a cold-water cycle with a gentle setting. Hand washing is also recommended by some retailers to further extend the life of the coating.
• Mild Detergent Only: Use a mild or technical detergent designed for outerwear. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh chemical detergents, as they can strip or degrade the specialized water-resistant finish.
• Drying: Hang dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting. Some sources recommend removing the jacket while still slightly damp and smoothing out wrinkles by hand.

Special Care for Water Resistance

• Reactivating the Coating: Low heat is often necessary to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. If air-drying, a brief tumble in the dryer on low heat can help restore water beading.
• Ironing: Ironing is generally not recommended. If absolutely necessary, use a cool iron with a protective cloth (such as a towel or pillowcase) between the iron and the fabric to prevent damage to the nylon coating.
• Cleaning Frequency: Wash only when necessary—such as when odors or visible dirt appear—to preserve the membrane and outer coating for as long as possible.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with each item printed to order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, while international shipping is available to select countries and may take 7–21 business days depending on location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. Please note that delays caused by carriers, such as holidays, customs, or weather, are outside our control, but we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.

Returns:  

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Because items are made to order, non-defective items  are eligible for exchange and store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges:

Because every piece is made to order, we process quality-related exchanges via a Return & Repurchase model. Simply return your defective item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures your new item is reserved and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
