Washing Instructions

• Machine Wash Cold: Wash in cold water to prevent shrinking and fading.
• Turn Inside Out: Wash inside out on a gentle cycle to protect the fabric’s outer surface from abrasion and pilling.
• Wash With Similar Items: Wash with similar colors and fabrics to prevent color bleeding and damage from rough items like denim or zippers.
• Mild Detergent Only: Use a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, which can coat and weaken cotton fibers.
• Bleach With Care: Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

Drying & Storage

• Air Dry Recommended: Air dry flat or hang dry for best shape retention and longest lifespan. Heat is the main cause of cotton shrinkage.
• Low Heat If Needed: If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly while slightly damp.
• Ironing: Cool iron inside out if needed. Never iron directly on printed areas or decorations.
• Do Not Dry Clean: Dry-cleaning chemicals can damage the fabric and print.

Quick Care Summary:

Shipping:

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with each item printed to order to ensure quality and uniqueness.
• Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, while international shipping is available to select countries and may take 7–21 business days depending on location.
• Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
• Please note that delays caused by carriers, such as holidays, customs, or weather, are outside our control, but we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your package if needed.

First-Time Customers:

• Eligible for refund, exchange, and store credit for both defective and non-defective items.
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Refund issued after item is received and inspected.

• Both first-time and returning customers are eligible for a refund, exchange, and store credit for damaged or incorrect items.

• Because every piece is made to order, we process quality-related exchanges via a Return & Repurchase model.
• Simply return your item for a full refund and place a new order for the replacement.
